Different types of machines with different characteristics are required for cost-effective manufacturing. Thanks to our professional and flexible staff and the versatility of our machines, we can offer our customers production at the right price level.

Our machine park consists of vertical milling machines of varying sizes, and a portal milling machine for processing larger parts. Some of the milling machines have a fourth axis, which provides more versatile production. The machines include reliable and accurate quality machines from Quaser. The machines are run in 2 shifts to achieve as efficient a production as possible.

Ferromek also has a measuring machine for the precise presetting of tools for milling machines. When tools are set correctly, the parts that are processed also correspond to the programmed dimensions.

The advantage for our customers is, above all, more accurate tolerances and quicker and more competitive production. Precisely pre-set values for the tools also help the operators' work considerably and speed up the procedures.
